Refunds and Returns Policy for Gamer Light Defense

This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and obtaining refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased directly from our website www.gamerlightdefense.com.
- The product is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
- Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Product: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
